• Graduated as a dentist from the Government Dental College and Hospital Bombay in 1987, standing first in the subject of Orthodontics.
• Selected on merit to become a Clinical Assistant at the Govt. Dental College and Hospital form March 1988-89.
• Graduated as an Orthodontist from the School of Dental Medicine, University of Pittsburgh, in 1992 where he did his research work in the field of Cleft palate.
• Returned to India is in the exclusive practice of Orthodontics since 1992.
• Completed a course in advanced Orthodontics from American Institute for Bio progressive education at Scottsdale Arizona in 1996.
• Completed a course in Lingual Orthodontics from Dubai UAE in 2003
• Completed a course in Orthodontic Implant Dentistry in 2005

Awards and Achievements

• Joined the Rotary Club of Bombay Harbour in 1993 and was the youngest and first president of the millennium 2000-2001.
• Was awarded the FADI (Fellow Academy of Dentistry International) at Hong Kong in 1995.
• Joined the DY Patil dental college and Hospital, University of Bombay as a lecturer in Orthodontics and is now Associate Professor at the same institution.
• Attended and presented many papers at Indian Conferences and American Dental and Orthodontic conferences.
• Life member of the Indian Orthodontic society.
• Member of the Indian dental Association, The Zoroastrian Dentist Organisation, The International Association for Dental Research, Federation Dentaire International, etc.

Personal Data

He is married to Hutoxi, a Chartered Accountant, since 1998. He is the father of a delightful daughter, Kaiyomi. He enjoys a good game of tennis when he gets the chance where he has secured the gold medal at the Indian dental association Conference in 1984.
